A local favorite of ours, &Tonic is a tonic syrup made to be mixed with club soda and gin, creating a deep and richly flavorful twist on the classic G&T. The flavor profile is dense with the flavor of cinchona bark and cinnamon, but the citrus oils present give it a wonderful brightness as well. One bottle of &Tonic should last through a full size bottle of gin, mixing instructions are included on the label.
