Tasting Room Hours: Wednesday-Friday 2-7, Saturdays 12-6.
$12 tastings include pours of your choice of six spirits. Additional tastings are $2 each.

Or enjoy a delicious selection from our rotating cocktail menu. Our current selection includes the Hanky Panky, made with Chapter One London Dry Gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca; the Sunset Sour, with Chapter One Navy Strength Gin, spiced grenadine, lime, and orange and ginger bitters; the Understory with Co-Authored: Foraged Gin, Brovo Douglas Fir Liqueur, elderflower lime bitters, and simple; and the Harvest Moon, with Stjarna Aquavit, Skip Rock Nocino and Spiced Apple Liqueur, Lillet Blanc, and a scotch rinse.

We have small snacks available, and you are welcome to bring in your own food. Our tasting room is an intimate space, while not specifically a 21+ establishment we ask that any kids or pets be well behaved.

Passion is as important as the botanicals we use in our gin, so don't hesitate to come with questions and an open mind to learn more about this delicious spirit.
Pop by for a tasting and/or cocktail or contact us to reserve a spot for a free tour - we are working on a new calendar booking system that will launch soon, upcoming tour times 10/3 from 1-4pm and 10/8 from 2-5pm - email or call to book a specific time.

Note about reservations: We do not normally take reservations, but will do our best to accommodate if you reach out to us shortly before your visit. Tasting room seating capacity is 12, with room in our overflow area for more, but we cannot guarantee seating for large groups without warning or a scheduled private party rental.
