Single Barrel Sour
1.5 oz Woodcut Gin Single Barrel Release #3
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz barrel aged maple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, top with ice and stir 15-20 seconds. Strain over a big rock and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

.5 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and top with ice. Stir for 20-25 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a manicured orange peel.
